Your photo (proof of achievement) should be uploaded on this website. Click to your name in the upper right corner and select the first item "My dashboard”. Then you will see your purchased challenges. If there's written "waiting to be paid”, it means that our system has not yet matched your payment with the order. As soon as the process is completed, the text will change to “upload image”. Now just click on the medal and select the file from your computer/mobile. All photos are manually checked, but it never takes more than 48 hrs. Once approved, you'll see a "challenge completed" message on the noticeboard. Check video video tutorial.
As soon as you upload your photo, we will send you a medal. The standard worldwide delivery time is 30 working days. If this time is extended, we will contact you by email. Note: If there are more items in the order, all medals will arrive at once only after the challenges have been completed.
The challenge must be completed within TWO months from registration. In case of health or other obstacles, the challenge can be changed or transferred to another participant according to the general conditions.
Anyone can take part in the challenge. However, for persons under the age of 18, the written consent of the legal representative is required for participation in the challenge, which must be sent to the e-mail address info@virtualchallenge.sk.
No, you don't. That means that you can start doing your challenge right after registration.
Yes. The more challenges you complete, the higher discount you get. You will always see the discount during the check-out process and you can decide whether you will use it for the next purchase or save it for later. Find more about our Loyalty Program on the subpage Discount.
No record of your activity is required. All you need to do is take your challenge photo and then upload it on your profile, where you can also track your completed challenges. In addition, if you take a photo with our logo (in a T-shirt, buff…), you will be included in the contest for cool gifts.
The biggest advantage of Virtual Challenge is that you can join us from anywhere. Even though we are based in Slovakia, we ship medals almost worldwide.
